Electronic beats ebb and flow as a sweet vocal tone washes over the top in a pop-leaning format. Canada’s Purity Ring — singer Megan James and musician/producer Corin Roddick — creates its own brand of dream pop that’s built for the modern age thanks to its EDM leanings. The duo’s sophomore album, Another Eternity, is the follow-up to 2012’s Shrines and was released in March of this year. (Jeff Hahne)
