L’Ostrica is excited to be welcoming Chris Fladwood from Soter Vineyards for this very special wine dinner. Chef Eric has a long history with this celebrated Oregon producer, which is highly regarded for its sparkling wines and Pinot Noir. Soter is graciously sharing wines that are not commonly found here in Charlotte, along with back vintages from their library, especially for this event.
