Vegetarian Day

Could’ve had a V8. Or, you could’ve made a trip over to the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market, where they’ll be celebrating National Vegetarian Month with a day chock-full of veggies and vegan-friendly foods. Every day we see something like National Doughnut Day or National Cheesecake Week being touted on social media. This is a guilt-free celebration of plant-based diets featuring vendors and chefs that specialize in exactly that.
